Anonymous 		I absolutely LOVE this pan. Already own one and have ordered two more. It distributes the heat evenly throughout the surface of the pan and it is the best ever for dosas, rotis, parathas, pancakes, crepes or anything basically flat. Nothing sticks, cooks evenly and very well. It obviously isn't suitable for stir frying in or cooking other dishes in. For that I would recommend the other pans with higher edges.
