Delivery Information
You will only pay one delivery charge per order to one address regardless of how many or what type of items you are purchasing and the highest delivery charge will apply.
Non Furniture
We use DPD to deliver our non furniture items which is a signed for service and will take up to 7 days for standard and 3 days for express delivery (excluding weekends and bank holidays). DPD will email you on the day your goods are out for delivery and if you have supplied us with a mobile phone number they will also text you. You can contact DPD directly if you would like to change or re-arrange a delivery from the information provided in the email and text message.
Standard Delivery £4.95 up to 7 Days for delivery.
Express Delivery £7.95 up to 3 Days for delivery.
Small Furniture and Large non Furniture
Small Furniture items such as our Jura range and Ambient lounge bean bags and larger non furniture items such as Nourison rugs, are delivered by DPD on a signed for service. DPD will email you on the day your goods are out for delivery and if you have supplied us with a mobile phone number they will also text you, express delivery is not available on these items.

Furniture Delivery
Our Furniture is delivered by Pacemaker using a two man crew, once your order has been received by Pacemaker you will be contacted to arrange a delivery date. Pacemaker only deliver to an area on a set day of the week Monday to Friday. Please note we cannot guarantee a time of delivery nor can you choose a specific day of the week. Upon request they will unpack and assemble your furniture, some exclusions apply which are highlighted in our Terms and Conditions.
Furniture Delivery £50
Collect From Store.
You can choose to collect your non furniture order from any Cargo or Homestyle store. This is an up to 7 day service and costs £2. Once your order is ready for collection you will receive an email, you can find a list of our stores and openening times here.
